First off, please read our latest blog post found here, to read the full story on our PHP 5.2 and Apache v2 upgrades.
There have been some issues at various areas of the site (bad server configuration / internal server errors) as a result of the fairly pre-mature upgrades explained at the link above. We are handling the issues, as well as perfecting the configuration for the new software, as you read this. Everything should be 100% within the next 24 hours.
If you have a problem that we have not yet been notified of, please contact our support team as soon as possible to get it resolved.
Additionally, if your page is turning up a 500 error, otherwise known as an internal server error, then chances are good it has to do with register globals. We have temporarily turned register globals ON, so if you have any directives in your .htaccess file that also turn register globals on, please remove them for the time being and contact us. We will upload a solution (php.ini file) to your main directory which will activate register globals for your account (without producing any errors). We will turn register globals off (server-wide) soon, so please be sure to make arrangements with us if you’ve got this problem.
